Lady Antebellum will make their first headline stop in Nashville — their hometown — on Sept. 11 at the Bridgestone Arena. Charles Kelley, Hillary Scott and Dave Haywood are embarking on a huge tour at the end of the month, heading to Europe before coming back to the States in May. Sam Hunt and Hunter Hayes will support the country trio, Rolling Stone Country notes.

"We've talked about doing this for the longest time," Kelley said at a press conference today (Feb. 2). "It's always a scary thing. Nashville is very industry-heavy, obviously, and we know there'll be a lot of peers here. So you want to make sure going into it that you're ready and that you feel like you're at a point in your career where you can fill it up."

Lady A released its sixth studio album, 747, in September. It hit number two on both the Billboard 200 and Top Country Albums charts behind "Freestyle" and "Bartender." The group will look to take that momentum on tour with them.

"We felt like we had just such an amazing year with 'Bartender' and to have these two amazing openers, Sam Hunt and Hunter Hayes, this is the year to come out swinging," Kelley added.

The band didn't have too many details to give about the stage show, but they admitted that Katy Perry's recent Super Bowl extravaganza was inspirational.

"Finding those moments to get really close to the fans is something that's really important to us," Haywood said. "Last year, we had a moment where we were out in the middle, practically the lawn, at amphitheaters, so we're trying to find ways to get back out there."
