Los Angeles producer, DJ Dillon Francis took to Instagram, his favorite medium of communication with fans, to unveil his to do list for the foreseeable future. Francis is getting ready to head over to Europe to wrap up his 5-month tour with a few shows in Paris, London, Amsterdam and elsewhere in support of his debut album Money Sucks, Friends Rule. That does not mean he does not have a long laundry list of items he has to get taken care of with deadlines, like remixes for Madeon and Kygo, as well as working on collaborations with the Norwegian tropical house producer and Galantis. We already knew a few of the items that he posted, such as the untitled moombahton EP, which will feature Skrillex, the remix for Madeon's "Imperium" and a rumored collaboration with Kygo had been floating around on the internet.
He adds an impressive of things we are just finding out like the new track with Galantis titled "Heart On." The Swedish production duo of Christian Karlsson, also known as the pop producer Bloodshy in Miike Snow and Linus Eklöw, known for his solo work as Style Of Eye have become starlets for simple, yet evocative melodic stadium-sized house music and a collaboration with Francis would be an intriguing meeting of minds for both artists.
He is also working on another Madeon remix, though the track is still unconfirmed and is starting a Kygo remix on top of the collaboration that is already being finished.
Francis makes no mention of his pilot with MTV for a show about himself, though that was supposed to be pitched in January. Stay tuned to see if that ever becomes a reality.
