That blurred out, secret Firefly Music Festival headliner doesn't seem so secret anymore. Today (Feb. 25), rumors of Paul McCartney headlining were confirmed as true, meaning the former Beatle will be joining some of music's biggest acts in Dover, Delaware, this summer. Macca joins previously announced headliners Kings of Leon and The Killers.

McCartney is the previously blurred out name on the Firefly 2015 poster, Consequence of Sound reports. Though the majority of Firefly acts were announced on Feb. 17, the biggest name on the marquee was left off, leading to many speculating that McCartney would be the final name on the bill.

And lo and behold, there he is.

The McCartney announcement comes during a major career rejuvenation for the rock star. He not only appears on and produced Kanye West's upcoming album, but he's also been making new music with the likes of Lady Gaga and, of course, Rihanna.

Beyond the headliners, the lineup at Firefly 2015 is stacked. Morriseey, Snoop Dogg, Foster the People, Zedd, Modest Mouse, Bastille, Empire of the Sun, Kid Cudi and ore are all slated to take the stage at the three-day festival.

Firefly will take place from June 18 to 21 at The Woodlands in Dover, Delaware. Tickets for the festival will go on sale Monday, March 2, though VIP packages will be available starting Friday, Feb. 27.
