A disturbing video surfaced yesterday, March 8, of members of the UO's SAE fraternity chanting racist remarks on the bus to an event. The video went viral and the backlash has been swift, with students protesting outside the house and the chapter has been given a cease and desist order from the national organization. The school gave the students until midnight tomorrow, March 10, to find new housing, according to local reports. Waka Flocka Flame was scheduled to perform at the chapter next month, but in light of the recent video, the "Turn Up God" rapper has canceled his show at the chapter.

He explained his decision on Instagram, saying his shows caters to people of all races: "All races partying having a good time and enjoying themselves together peacefully. That's what Waka Flocka is all about."

He expressed his "disgust" and "disappointment" with the fraternity and ended the note poignantly: "Racism is something I will not tolerate."

This will not deter Waka from turning up elsewhere around North America. He kicks off his tour tonight at Club La Vela in Panama City Beach, Florida, before heading across the South and West to cities like Auburn, Knoxville, Houston, Charleston and Las Vegas. He will head up to Canada for a few tour dates in Vancouver and Edmonton before finishing up in the United States at another fraternity, Sigma Chi, in Iowa City and two more shows in Texas.
