The more that we get to see of the deposition Joseline Hernandez recently sat for, the funnier it gets. The LHHATL star is being sued by former co-star Althea Eaton for beating her to a pulp at the recent reunion show. At the time, the entire cast insisted that Hernandez was so out of control because of a raging cocaine problem, something the self-declared Puerto Rican princess adamantly denies. While under oath, Hernandez claimed that Eaton slandered her to Hip Hop Weekly and it was hilariously downhill from there.
According to the exclusive clip that TMZ got its hands on, Hernandez insisted that Eaton was interviewed for the article and called her a "crack whore" in print. She insisted that if your photo is in a magazine, then the publication had to interview you for the accompanying snippet.
Eaton's attorney went to town asking if she had ever heard of Field and Stream or Cat Fancy magazines, and when Hernandez did not know how they got their information, the attorney made the point that she did not know everything about publishing like she had previously insisted.
Hernandez then began preaching about how animals cannot talk to the tabloids and she did not understand how they have anything to do with her case.
