They still fit together after all these years. If Twitter messages are meant to be understood, it seems as though early 2000s boy band O-Town are aiming for a comeback in 2014.

In Oct. 2013, O-Town launched official pages on Twitter and Facebook, albeit done with little fanfare. Now, though, the pages have become much more active and when it hits 4000 followers, the "All Or Nothing" group is looking to announce something big.

"When we get to 4000 we will be making a huge announcement, get everyone to follow and tweet #OTownto4k we will follow 100 people who tweet it," O-Town announced yesterday (Jan. 4) on its Twitter. Similarly, its Facebook page also promised to give fans "something they all want" in the new year.

As of publishing time, the @OTownOfficial Twitter page has 3397 followers, roughly 600 below the group's major goal.

Of course, it's yet to be confirmed what O-Town has in its well, but a tour or new album is most likely, and all fans have to do to find out is follow the band on Twitter.

O-Town first formed in 2000 on the MTV show Making The Band, and the group's first self-titled album was a releatively large success, moving over one million copies in 2001 and becoming best known for singles "All Or Nothing" and "Liquid Dreams." However, after O-Town's second album O2 failed to live up to label expectations, the band was dropped by BMG and disbanded shortly thereafter.

However, greener pastures may be on the horizon. O-Town wouldn't be the first boy band to reunite in the 2010s. Backstreet Boys, New Kids on the Block and 98 Degrees have all released new albums in the last several years after multiple years on hiatus.

Unfortunately for O-Town fans, it seems like the boy band's major heartthrob Ashley Parker Angel will not be rejoining the group.
