iLoveMakonnen is still riding high on the success of his Grammy-nominated hit, "Tuesday," but he's ready to offer up some new music for the fans. On Tuesday, he released "Drink More Water 5 (Freestyle)" and announced that he's dropping a new mixtape later this month.
As noted by XXL, the tape will serve as a prelude to Makonnen's highly anticipated debut album which will reportedly feature Drake, Diplo, Rihanna, Skrillex and Snoop Dogg, among many others.

XXL also reports that Makonnen is prepping for his upcoming Loudest of the Loud tour alongside fellow ATL rhymer Key! and producer Sonny Digital.
The 13-city tour starts in April in New York City with an already sold out show.
Back in September, iLoveMakonnen filled in for YG during the Drake vs. Lil' Wayne tour. He performed in Irvine and Chula Vista, California after the "My Hitta" rapper took to social media pointing the finger at the police for his absence.
Makonnen tweeted, calling the opportunity a "dream come true."
Drizzy also brought the "Too Much" lyricist out during the tour's Atlanta stop and announced he signed Makonnen to his OVO Sound roster after remixing his internet hit.
In December, he re-released his self-titled EP under Drake's imprint. A good portion of the project was produced by Sonny Digital and features Key! on tracks including "Doubted" and "Look At Wrist."
More recently, Makonnen was featured on an episode of NOISEY's Atlanta doc-series, which he mentions in his new freestyle.
