Does Joseline Hernandez realize that lying under oath is a crime, or does she think that little detail does not actually apply to her? You will be wondering the same thing once you check out the latest video footage from her recent deposition. Former LHHATL star Althea Eaton is suing Hernandez for hitting her at the last reunion show, something that was obviously caught on camera as VH1 was filming the event. Hernandez claims under oath she did not hit Eaton. TMZ has released the latest nugget from Hernandez's under-oath deposition, and in it Eaton's attorney gets creative in asking if any part of her body ever collided with Eaton's. Not only does she deny it ever happening, but Hernandez also denies ever discussing it with anyone.
Needless to say, the footage of her tearing into Eaton is horrifically clear. After the fight, Hernandez and her man, Stevie Jordan were eventually interviewed by the network to discuss their side of things. That footage aired as a portion of the reunion show episodes last year.
Ironically, the rest of the cast -- including rumored-to-be-pregnant Eaton and her boyfriend Benzino -- all accused Hernandez of being an out-of-control "coke head." So that kind of leads to the question of whether Hernandez purposely lied under oath or is just still not in a clear enough state of mind to realize her own foolishness.
VH1 ultimately decided to punish her at least a little bit by suspending her from the first four episodes of the upcoming season of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.
