Ludaversal rapper Ludacris recently talked about raising his children and one of his favorite movies of all time: The Devil Wears Prada in a recent interview with Elle.

The 37-year-old rapper shared that The Devil Wears Prada is one of his favorites. He declared, "... it's not even so much a chick flick."

"It's about leadership and focus, " Ludacris told Elle. "That's one of my favorite movies of all time, honestly. Period."

Ludacris's newlywed wife Eudoxie is expecting, but the rapper already has two daughters, Karma and Cai Bridges. He shared what it's like raising a teenage girl in today's world and what he aims to instill in his daughter.

"Independence. Striving for excellence. Her schedule is damn near busier than mine. She'll have piano one day and acting another day and dance another day," he told Elle.

He shared that his focus is to also ensure his teenage daughter is not too attached to popular devices in today's digital age, like iPhones and video games.

When asked about settling down and marrying Eudoxie, the rapper explained that life is about timing and that he "follows the guidance of the 'Man Upstairs.'"

Ludacris's film Furious 7, part of the Fast and the Furious series, is set for release April 3. Ludaversal is set to drop days before Furious 7 on March 31.

In a recent Vibe interview, the rapper explained why Ludaversal is his first album in five years.

"I didn't mean for it to be like this. I took a little time off because, after seven consecutive albums, you need to get inspired again to have some shit to write about," he told Vibe. "However, I didn't mean for it to be five years -- more like three. When we were shooting Furious 7, of course there was the untimely death of our friend Paul Walker. Production got shut down and everything got pushed back an entire year. In the end, everything ended up working out perfectly because I was able to get rid of some records and continue to record and make the greatest body of work possible."
