Hailing from Perth, Australia and with two albums under its belt, Tame Impala will debut their third studio album, Currents later this year featuring new single 'Cause I'm a Man.'

Following their 2010 and 2012 LP's Innerspeaker and Lonerism, the five-piece signed with a new label, Interscope, for its upcoming album, notes Pitchfork. The band released their new single "Cause I'm a Man," in a Facebook post, accompanied with mesmerizing album artwork. Currents features recently released single "Let it Happen," and explores a more electronic sound while incorporating the psychedelic rock components that Tame Impala fans were promptly drawn to.

The album artwork was also shown to the public on the band's Instagram, with a caption of 'LP3' indicative of its third album.

An album release date hasn't been confirmed, but the latest track 'Cause I'm a Man' will be available for online purchase at midnight on April 7, according to NME. Just a day later, the band will head out on a tour spanning from the United States to Canada and Europe.

Along with playing venues across the country, the band—named after a graceful, small sized antelope, an impala—will play for sizable audiences across several esteemed festivals including Psych Fest, Governors Ball and Lollapalooza.

In July, Tame Impala's touring schedule seems to have an open window—maybe a home tour in Australia will slip in between their time spent in America and Europe.
