This week, the one and only king of music, Prince debuted a brand new song entitled "What If?" The track is actually a reworked version of a Christian song by Nichole Nordeman, with 3rdEyeGirl drummer Hannah Welton sharing vocal duties with the legendary songwriter. Take a listen to what Prince is up to so far in 2015 right here!

Though it's almost impossible to follow Prince, we'd like to show off a new track from Kate Stables, also known as This is the Kit. "Silver John" is the newest song from the U.K. singer-songwriter, produced by The National's Aaron Dessner. It's a simple indie rock tune with Americana influences flowing throughout, showcasing Stables' amazing vocals and lyrics. Listen to this new track right here!

RIYL: Pedro the Lion, Waxahatchee, Laura Marling

Tame Impala is definitely making a strong return in 2015, and the psychedelic rockers' newest track, "Let it Happen" is surely great evidence for this point. This new song is about eight minutes long, but it certainly doesn't feel like a long tune. Mixing their signature sounds and techniques throughout with a great new feel as well, we're excited to see what this year holds for this band. Listen to this new track right here!

RIYL: Phoenix, Pop Etc., Animal Collective

Before dropping his surprise new album To Pimp a Butterfly on iTunes and Spotify today, Kendrick Lamar premiered a brand new song "King Kuntra." This new song from the undeniably talented Compton rapper is apparently "unapologetically black," according to the song's producer, Pharrell Williams. Take a listen for yourself!
