Kanye West clearly loves his late mother Donda West. The "All Day" rapper has paid tribute to her time and time again, most recently on the So Help Me God cut "Only One." And now, old video has resurfaced online of 'Ye and his beloved mom rapping "Hey Mama" together in 2005.
The footage, which The Fader dug up, was filmed for an MTV documentary about the making of Kanye's album Late Registration. In it, a 27-year-old Kanye is seen sitting at the kitchen table, as Donda raps one of her favorite songs "Hey Mama."
The endearing clip gives more insight into the relationship between Kanye and his mother. There's so much love there, with Donda starting off on Kanye's verses and asking why he doesn't prefer her title song quite as much as she'd like.
The video ends with them rocking out together, a beautiful memory... Watch the clip below:
