We told you all quite a while ago that Khloe Kardashian's divorce was getting close to being dismissed because of inactivity on the case and new movement on the part of the court is about to force her hand. If Kardashian really wants to end her marriage to Lamar Odom, then she needs to file for a default judgment or else the whole thing is going to be dismissed. Inactivity on any divorce case for an extended amount of time eventually leads to it being tossed out and there has been nothing on Kardashian's case since she first petitioned the court back in December 2013.
According to a report by TMZ, "A document was just filed by the court in Khloe's divorce, saying she has not gotten off the dime and unless she files paperwork to seal the deal in the divorce case or the whole case will be thrown out. Khloe filed in December 2013 and Lamar never responded. She had a right to go to court and get a default divorce judgment, but she hasn't done it. In fact, sources connected to the Kardashian family tell us she just doesn't want to deal with the divorce and won't take any action."
Kardashian has freely admitted that if it was up to her, she would still be married to Odom. That leads us to believe that maybe the reality star wants the divorce filing to be dismissed in the hopes of reconciling with Odom. If she wasn't hanging on to hope of that, then she surely would have filed for a default divorce by now, don't you think?
