Janelle Monae can't just lead her Wondaland Records, she also makes one heck of a yoga instructer. Today (April 13), the R&B songstress released her music video for her steamy new single "Yoga" featuring newcomer Jidenna, and she's the leader of the most female-positive yoga studio in history.
The wonders of "Yoga" begin in a bedroom with Monae and some of her girlfriends practicing their moves in front of the mirror. Before you know it, they're off to get some balance in a luscious yoga studio, with Monae at the forefront teaching class... and wearing a crown, of course (she is a "Q.U.E.E.N.," after all). Monae even gets her chakras so balanced she floats above everyone else.
After a quick rap verse from Jidenna, Monae and her girls overtake a 24-hour diner for a big ol' flexing dance party. Because, why not work it?
"Yoga" is a new single from Janelle Monae and Jidenna from the Wondaland Records compilation album Eephus, due for release on May 6.
