Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland has been doing a lot with her life lately. She just recently had a baby, she is working on a solo album, and apparently she is taking the time to get in a little front yard yoga as well.

Jennifer Nettles is the lead singer of the duo, "Sugarland" and for a while there the two were on fire. Single after single were being released and suddenly the two were legends in the country scene.
Nettles will be creating the new album with the help of producer Rick Rubin and Nettles is very excited about the opportunity.
In the video Nettles says, "I feel like I get the best of both worlds that way." She says a lot more in the video so be sure to watch it!
