Through a highly impressive filmography, tt's been proven that Christopher Walken can handle just about any genre—drama, comedy and even the occasional musical. No stranger to showing off his vocal ability, Walken will showcase his singing more than ever in his latest film, When I Live my Life Over Again.

The 72-year-old Oscar winner has previously demonstrated his singing talents in Pennies From Heaven, Hairspray, and most recently, Peter Pan, Live! His latest film was debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival last week, focusing on a man enduring a musical journey.

"Acting is one of those things, you can keep doing it as long as they ask you to do it. They say you don't retire from acting—they retire you. And I don't want to be retired, because what would I do?" said Walken, notes The Wrap.

Walken stars as Rat Pack-inspired musician, Paul Lombard, who had his successful peak in the '80s, now finding it difficult to obtain current relevancy. The Hollywood veteran will act alongside Amber Heard, who plays his highly neglected daughter throughout his trials and tribulations of becoming an artist while finding his way in and out of seven marriages.

"I come from a family in show business, I've been doing that for a long time, musical theater, live audiences," Walken told the Huffington Post. "In high school I had those suits with the ties. So the whole retro thing, it was easy."

Even after sixty notable years in show business, it's simple--all Walken hopes for his newest film is that people sincerely appreciate it. "I just want, when people say you know, 'I thought it was good,' I want to believe them."
