Deadmau5, real name Joel Zimmerman, has teased his upcoming collaboration with Kaskade and new addition Skylar Grey, tentatively titled "Beneath With Me." Though we can't hear much in the short 1:44 second teaser uploaded by the "Some Chords" producer on Soundcloud, it is clear that the track is not a significant departure from their two past tunes together, "I Remember" and "Move For Me."

What appears to be just the intro, Grey's vocals shine over a slowly building bed of synths without any bass line to speak of. The track looks like it will be a long one.

According to Zimmerman, the track is dedicated to someone who is no longer with us.

He says it is "a song about a dead person singing to a not dead person to come be dead with them. thats the idea anyway." Stream the song below.

The collaboration became public when a fan asked the producing pair online if they would ever make another track together. It appeared at the time that they had already started something, but this made the potential collaboration public gave them initiative to work faster on the tune.

Deadmau5 has been quiet over the past few months, not touring much or releasing music since the release of his 25-track, 2014 album while (1<2) in June. He is finally showing off some of the things he has been working on lately.

Stay tuned for any further updates on this track if they decide to upload a longer preview of the tune. It is unclear of where "Beneath With Me" will land, though Kaskade has an album tentatively slated for release at some point later this year.
