February 5th is National Weatherman's Day, a day to honor weather men and woman who work hard to accurately predict the often fickle weather. According to the Air Force News, Weatherman's Day "commemorates the birth of John Jeffries, one of America's first weathermen". Jeffries was born on Feb 5, 1744. He kept weather records from 1774 to1816.

Celebrate various weather patterns with country music.

Rain

"She's My Kind Of Rain" - Tim McGraw

From the song ...

She's my kind of rain
Like love in a drunken sky
She's confetti falling
Down all night

Wind

"The Wind" - Zac Brown Band

From the song ...

Where the wind blows babe, you can bet
I'll be riding high with it
Holdin' on for my dear life just like I always did.
Close your eyes babe, take a breath
Say my name and I'll be there
My love will find you anywhere
Anywhere, my love will find you anywhere
Anywhere, my love will find you anywhere
Anywhere my love

Hurricane

"Hurricane" - Dustin Lynch

From the song ...

That's the thing about a hurricane
She's all lightning and wind and rain
Get too close and you're swept away
Better hold on till it breaks
Cause it's a hell of a ride if you can just survive the pain
But that's the thing about a hurricane

Tornado

"Tornado" - Little Big Town

From the song ...

Thought you'd change the weather
Start a little storm
Make a little rain
But I'm gonna do one better hide the sun until you pray
I'm a tornado looking for a soul to take
