Nike's Air Yeezy II "Red October" sneakers went on sale without any warning yesterday at 1 p.m. after the company made an announcement on Twitter. The shoe sold out within 11 minutes, Vibe reports.

The delayed release of the shoe is partly why West left Nike to sign a new deal with Adidas. He also bashed them for lack of creative and market control. West later apologized and showed excitement for the shoe's launch, according to Vibe, saying, "I'm still gonna do music but I really do feel honored to have had the chance to blow Yeezy up with Nike and I really appreciate everything they did for me," he said. "I'm not knocking them on the way out or burning no bridges, you know, I apologize for my frustration earlier. I just think it's time. It's go time. It's turn up time."

Now that the entire stock is sold out, several pairs have been listed on eBay. According to Consequence of Sound, a pair was going for 16.4 million around 7 p.m. last night.
