There have been so many rumors swirling around Bobbi Kristina Brown ever since she was found face down in her bathtub on January 31 that it is sometimes hard to know what is really true. Earlier this week, there were reports out claiming that Bobby Brown and Pat Houston were fighting over Bobbi Kristina's current medical care. Supposedly, the co-guardians were at odds because Houston wanted to take the 22-year-old off of life support while her father blatantly refused. Speaking through his attorney this morning, Brown completely shot down all of the rumors.
He issued a statement to E! Online saying, ""Unless you hear it directly from me or through my attorney, do not believe any words attributed to me. I am making decisions with Pat Houston and we are working together for the medical care of my daughter. I do not have time for the frequent side shows that others choose to engage in almost on a daily basis. Right now we are focused on Bobbi Kristina's medical prognosis and the criminal investigation. These are the priorities for us. Whoever had a hand in causing my daughter's injuries needs to be brought to justice." explained Brown.
Isn't it sad that such a devastating situation keeps getting sadder with all of the false reports? Part of the problem seems to be the Brown family themselves. While some members are sincere, it seems that others have tried to profit from Bobbi Kristina's tragedy -- either by selling fake stories to the press or selling various products in support of the still-unresponsive young woman.
While Brown insists there is no bad blood or dissension, that does seem to be a bit of a stretch. Even on the best of days, the Houston's and Brown's have never seen eye-to-eye on very much.
