When it comes to reality television, it seems that all eyes were on Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this past week, as a lot of news about next season was divulged. Perhaps we were all so preoccupied with the fact that Brandi Glanville is leaving to not expect any information to be released on any of the network's other shows. If they were trying to blindside viewers, they did a great job because no one really expected to hear that Claudia Jordan had been fired from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
TMZ was the first to report the news that Jordan's first season as a housewife will likely also be her last. Fans of RHOA know that the new reality star seemed to make going toe-to-toe with OG housewife, Nene Leakes, her personal mission. While many apparently didn't like how Jordan took every opportunity imaginable to throw shade at Leakes, other fans were thrilled to see someone finally step up and knock her down a few notches.
Unfortunately for Jordan, since Leakes is integral to the show, she tends to get what she wants and in this case, it was Jordan gone. In fact, not only did she want Jordan off the show but she didn't even try to hide it. If you tuned in for the last RHOA then you no doubt heard Leakes speak her mind regarding just how little she believed that Jordan brought to the table. Apparently, Bravo brass agreed with her if they have really decided to give Jordan her walking papers.
Do you think that Bravo was wise to let Jordan go or did you like how she fearlessly would take on Leakes? That really did seem to add a totally different element to the show and it was interesting to watch Leakes react to someone that she couldn't scare off.
