There has been so much speculation surrounding the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey that at times it has been hard to keep everything straight. We do know for certain that filming has been pushed off until late next fall so that Teresa Giudice could potentially join in filming once she is released from prison in December. Bravo is most definitely pushing for her to return because a life-after-prison story line would probably be ratings gold. Since the feds are now allowed to garnish 24 percent of Giudice's earnings the network has sweetened the deal by offering her a reported $2 million to return.

Needless to say, a convicted felon being offered millions isn't sitting well with the rest of the ladies from RHONJ. They can't believe that after everything that Giudice has done she is still clearly being favored. What is interesting in this is the fact that Giudice doesn't have the final say in decision making. Her probation officer has to sign off on and approve of her next employer. According to a report by Radar Online, "The probation department hasn't signed off on it. And the probation department has to approve Teresa's employer and employment because of the terms of her release. None of the cast members of RHONJ have signed contracts for next season. But there isn't anything to be concerned about because filming has been pushed from the summer and won't be beginning until late September, early October." explained an insider.

Not only has Giudice's probation officer not signed off on her returning to Bravo, but her own attorney is also reportedly against the idea as well. Rejoining the ranks of reality television stars again is sure to boost Giudice's income again but do you think that it actually is in her best interest? Do you think that a return to television would basically keep her stuck in all of the spending habits that have ultimately cost Giudice her freedom?

Do you think that a return to RHONJ is really in the cards for Giudice? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
