Earlier this week, Young Thug announced the release date for his collaborative mixtape with producer London On Da Track. On Friday, the two dropped "Money" from Slime Season.

London provides bass-heavy production while Thugger rhymes in his usual braggadocious manner.

I'm so priceless I swear to God I can't complain
No, no, no I can't...
I woke up with a smiley face
Little shawty keep following like she down to play
I can't build my trunk up with no f*cking strays
But I can fill it up without my bass
And that's no lie, that's no lie
I'm ballin so hard I need Gatorade

As previously reported, Slime Season is slated to be released on July 4, the same day as Lil Wayne's Free Weezy Album. Just last week, Lil Wayne announced his forthcoming project is scheduled for an Independence Day drop.

Thugger recently revealed that he plans to name his forthcoming solo mixtape Carter V, the title of Wayne's as-yet-released album. His last mixtape was slated to be named Carter 6 but following objections from the former Cash Money rapper, Thug opted for Barter 6.

Last September, Thug took many Lil Wayne fans by surprise when he announced that wanted to continue Weezy's 'Tha Carter' series after it was reported that Tha Carter V would be his last solo album. Although Wayne has never publicly approved of Thug carrying the torch, the "Stoner" rapper is apparently sticking to his guns.

In a strange turn of events, Thug has gone from referring to Wayne as his idol to reportedly having affiliation with the shooter involved in Wayne's tour bus incident.
