Just in case today's heart-wrenching Google doodle wasn't enough to turn you to much, let's introduce the next Valentine's Day heartbreaker... The National's music video for the Trouble Will Find Me standout track "I Need My Girl."

Appropriately released on the most commercially romantic day of the year (Feb. 14), the drippy love song's official visual features six couples of all races and ages dressed in their fanciest cocktail dresses slow dancing while being shot through a kaleidoscope camera lens.

Directed by Sophia Peer, the simplistic black-and-white clip oozes of the need, want and love of "I Need My Girl" and is the perfect Valentine's Day music video (sorry, Mariah Carey).

"I Need My Girl" is the fourth single from The National's May 2013 album Trouble Will Find Me. This track was preceded by "Demons," "Don't Swallow The Cap" and "Graceless."
