Yesterday morning (just in time for Valentine's Day), Mariah Carey dropped her new love-themed single "You're Mine (Eternal)." But a new song wasn't all she had in store, Carey also debuted the track's music video last night (Feb. 12) on MTV and VEVO.

The vast majority of the video features a beachy-looking Carey lounging near a waterfall in the Puerto Rican rainforest. Covered in gold glitter and covering her top half solely with her hands and arms, Carey looks as stunning as ever as she emotionally sings the track's loving message.

Other portions of the video take Carey out of the rainforest and into the studio, wherein Carey's video boyfriend (and "You're Mine" remixer) Trey Songs is lonely at a photo shoot. He only looks mildly happy about life, clearly missing his Mariah. At night, Songz goes to bed alone.

But, then there's the ethereal Carey, sporting golden butterfly wings like the fairy she is, and her magic (aka glitter) is on Songz's bed, symbolizing the two lovers are together, even though they're so far apart.

It's a simply pretty music video, fitting for the ballad.

"You're Mine (Eternal)" is the third single from Mariah Carey's upcoming 14th studio album. When she announced "You're Mine" earlier this week, Carey also revealed the LP will finally drop on May 6, after a series of delays.
