Caitlyn Jenner receiving the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the 2015 ESPYs was undoubtedly the highlight of the entire awards ceremony. While she had many supporters, she also had some people that doubted her qualifications for winning the award. Comedian and actor D.L. Hughley was one of those that was not convinced that Jenner deserved the award.

A number of people felt that the other nominees for the award, such as Lauren Hill (the college athlete who passed away from cancer earlier this year) were more deserving of it that Caitlyn Jenner. TMZ caught up with D.L. Hughley and he expressed his feelings about Jenner winning that award. He stated, "I think that it's named after Arthur Ashe. Arthur Ashe from Richmond, Virginia, a symbol of courage. He fought a segregated South, a very segregated profession, he fought AIDS with dignity and honor, and Caitlyn Jenner put on a dress. I don't think it's the same thing."

He went on to say that the media is praising Caitlyn Jenner too much, stating, "In the last month, we had the media telling us that Caitlyn Jenner was beautiful and that Serena Williams looks like a man. That was a little weird to me. The man looks like a woman, but the woman looks like a man. That's ridiculous. Serena Williams is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen on a tennis court, and Bruce Jenner looks like every P.E. teacher I ever had."

Hughley isn't alone in his opinion though. Friday Night Lights creator Peter Berg also had a bone to pick with Jenner's win. He posted a photo on Instagram of Jenner and U.S. veteran Gregory D. Gadson, with the caption, "One man traded 2 legs for the freedom of the other to trade 2 balls for 2 boobs. Guess which man made the cover of Vanity Fair, was praised for his courage by President Obama and is to be honored with the 'Arthur Ashe Courage Award' by ESPN?"

What are your thoughts? Do you think Caitlyn Jenner has gotten more praise than she deserves or do you disagree with Hughley and Berg?
