Meghan Trianor's MTrain Tour has been cancelled once again because of a vocal cord hemorrhage. On Tuesday (Aug. 11), the "Dear Future Husband" singer announced that she's been forced to cancel the remainder of her tour and get surgery after coming down with a nasty case of bronchitis.

Trainor made the cancelled tour announcement on her Instagram, in a lengthy apologetic note to her fans.

"To all my fans - I was being careful and taking precautions, but I have hemorrhaged my vocal cord again. I got bronchitis & have been coughing a lot & that pushed it over the edge. Sadly, I will need to cancel the remainder of my tour and get surgery to finally fix this once and for all," she wrote. "I am devastated, scared and so sorry."

Trainor also commented that she will be doing all she can to get in top shape to once again perform for her fans at some point in the future.

Trainor also posted an apologetic note to her tour openers, Charlie Puth and Life of Dillon, for having to pull out of the dates.

In total, Trainor scrapped 15 shows, including four that she rescheduled after suffering a vocal cord hemorrhage in July.
