Ciara seems to be everywhere lately. Aside from becoming a fashion ambassador for top brands such as Roberto Cavalli and Top Shop, the beauty is now giving away her fitness secrets in the September issue of Shape  as its cover model. The new mom talks just how she shed 60 pounds post giving birth to her first child, Future Zahir Wilburn.

Ciara is back stronger than ever, literally. Upon giving birth to her son a little over a year ago, the "Dance Like We're Making Love" singer spilled all the details on what she does to maintain her svelte physique fans witnessed in her sexy new music video.

Ciara told Shape, "After he [Future] was born - when I couldn't exercise yet - I kept eating, and I gained 60 pounds. But as soon as the doctor said I could start training again, I was on the treadmill the very next day. Once I got back into it, I worked out two or three times daily."

The Jackie songbird went on to dish on more secrets such as drinking a gallon of water every day to keep her system flushed as well as her love for boxing to stay performance ready.

"Gunnar puts me through an hour-long plyometric cardio circuit that always includes boxing elements. What's amazing is that you're getting three-in-one training: it's hitting your muscles; it's a cardiovascular workout; and it's a mental exercise," she revealed.

The new mom also talked her approach to dieting, informing readers that while she does stick to a strict regimen she also allows herself to have burger, fries and pasta but reveals that she does everything in moderation. Her mantra for not overdoing it when it comes to over indulging on fatty foods, "it will still be around if you want it later."
