For years, drunk people everywhere have tried different solutions and methods to try to cure their dreadful hangovers. Let's see, there's coffee, exercise, greasy food, chugging water, sleeping... the list goes on and on. British actor, Daniel Craig, believes he has the perfect answer for the common hangover and it comes in the form of a children's drink. After hearing fellow actor, Mark Wahlberg, swears by the drink, Craig recommends Pedialyte, an oral electrolyte solution manufactured for children to prevent dehydration, as the ultimate hangover remedy.

"There's this thing called Pedialyte," said Craig in a recent interview with DuJour. "It's basically a diuretic; you give it to kids who are dehydrated. If you wake up in the morning and you've got one of those on standby and you down the whole lot...you can carry on drinking! I was told that's what Mark swears by. It's the difference between life and death as far as I'm concerned."

Adult consumption of Pedialyte has increased drastically by a whopping 57 percent since 2012, according to a recent report on Marketplace.org. More than a third of their consumer sales come from adult customers who are buying for their own use rather than for their kids. Due to its popularity, the company has even begun to reinvent itself as the hangover remedy by targeting adults with their ads. The brand's "see the lyte" ad features young adults stumbling to the refrigerator trying to find something with substance to refuel their bodies.

Craig might be used to drinking vodka martinis shaken, not stirred, when he's off playing James Bond in movies like Casino Royale and Skyfall, but in reality the 47-year-old actor has a taste pallet for a variety of drinks. Due to his stardom and lack of privacy from the public eye, Craig has had to neglect one of his favorite places to go: the pub. He revealed his love for discovering new pubs and just socializing, but his status has forced him to limit his time to explore the nightlife.

"Bars are hard, but that's more because of mobile phones. I'll do autographs all day long, and I'll even do a picture at the end of an evening. But if I'm being photographed all night long in a bar, that pisses me off."

Daniel Craig and Mark Wahlberg aren't the only celebrities who use Pedialyte. Miley Cyrus and Pharrell Williams have posted about the rehydration drink on their social media accounts in the past. So, if you ever find yourself a little under the weather or low on electrolytes, Pedialyte just might do the trick.
