On Monday(Sept. 14) models Tyra Banks and Chrissy Teigen revealed a shocking revelation they share in common that no one saw coming. The co-hosts of the new talk show, FABLife revealed in a tearful confession their ongoing struggle with fertility.

The shocking admission is a small reminder that the photos you see of strangers on Instagram or the lavish celebrity lifestyles you displayed in magazines, everything is not what it seems. Both social media and entertainment media only give viewers a glimpse of what's happening in people's lives, just a taste of what they want you to see. When reality sets in, everyone goes through difficult times, despite social or economic status.

The powerful conversation began when the ladies began to discuss intrusive questions, that can often times be misinterpreted or offensive if asked to the wrong person. Celebrities are constantly bombarded with personal questions, but it's the women who are typically asked questions about controversial topics like weight, relationships, and of course, pregnancy.

Teigen, who's known for being open about pretty much everything, recently celebrated her two year anniversary with crooner husband John Legend. The Sports Illustrated model explained how she and the "All of Me" singer have been trying to start a family, but have run into some trouble along the way. They've been trying for years and ultimately decided to consult with some outside specialists for help.

"I will say, honestly, John and I are having trouble," Teigen admitted on the FABLife, adding that they've seen fertility doctors. "We would have kids five, six years ago if it'd happened, but my gosh, it's been a process! So, anytime somebody asks me if I'm going to have kids, I'm like, 'One day, you're going to ask that to the wrong girl who's really struggling, and it's going to be really hurtful to them.' And I hate that. So, I hate it. Stop asking me!"

The energetic America's Next Top Model host also got caught up and overwhelmed by the topic at hand, revealing she's fighting the same fertility battle. Banks admitted she gets frustrated when fans continuously ask her when she's going to have children, because they aren't fully aware of how hard she's been trying to do just that. Her vulnerability was written all over her face as tears began to flood her eyes.

"When I was 23 years old, I used to tell myself, 'In three years I'm gonna have kids.' Then I turned 24. 'In three years I'm gonna have kids.' And then just every single year I kept saying that. And then, after a while it's like, OK, now I want to-and it's not so easy," she said.

Banks, who's been dating photographer boyfriend Erik Asla for the past two years, revealed she's been undergoing IVF procedures in hopes of conceiving a child. Describing them as "traumatic moments," Banks knew age could play a detrimental factor during pregnancy. According to PEOPLE, Banks doesn't want one, or two, or three kids, she wants a whole "litter."
