rapper Kevin Gates has definitely been at the center of attention in recent months. The rapper, who wed his longtime girlfriend Dreka Haynes last weekend, apparently accidentally admitted to doing heroin by saying "I'm on the heroin" in a recent interview promo, which may explain his "I don't get tired" mantra a little too well.

Although Gates tied the knot with his new bride Haynes on last week and has started a new chapter of his life, his old charm still remains intact as well as his desire to overly divulge on his personal life a little too much for the masses.

In a recent interview with DJBooth TV, Gates may have unwittingly admitted to doing heroin in a drop for DJ Booth, VLAD reports. The rapper who is known for saying some pretty off cuff remarks such as his being in an intimate relationship with his cousin, is up to his old tricks once again.  Also, he's never shied away from talking openly about previous opiate drug use so is this really a surprise?

In the drop for DJ Booth, Gates was caught on film saying, "I don't get tired - ever. I might duck every now and then when I'm on the heroin but I don't get tired." Whether he was telling the truth or not is really the only thing up for debate after that statement.

This would not be the first time the rapper has left fans puzzled. Back in September, he was charged with a simple battery upon kicking a female fan in Florida in the chest. Shortly following the controversy, he addressed the incident on his song "The Truth," presenting his side of the story in the matter. Prior to the incident, Gates had been involved in a physical altercation with two other women at his show earlier in the year.

If the rapper is a user of the harsh substance, I'm sure there are quite a few fans who wouldn't be the least bit shocked to learn the news.  What do you think?  Was he trying to sound tough or do you think he's really a user?
