It was alleged by largely gossip outlet TMZ that Demi Lovato, Adam Lambert and Nick Jonas have beef this past Friday (Oct. 23) and the Lovato has called out the site on Twitter.

According to TMZ  Lambert was chosen to accompany Lovato on tour and was then replaced by Jonas immediately after working out important details such as lighting, billing, etc. They had also already come to an agreement about payment according to the outlet. Reportedly, Lovato and Jonas share the same management and the manager decided that it was better to use Jonas for the tour instead of Lambert, as he's a bigger name in the industry right now.

Supposedly, Lambert feels extremely "betrayed" and some harsh interchanges between the two pop stars ensued. The outlet also reported that a source for Lambert said that the switch was "very unprofessional and unethical."

US Weekly  reported that Lovato has yet to release her tour announcements and the interwebs are buzzing with the notion that the Lambert to Jonas switch is the actual reason why.

But Lovato and Lambert both debunked the rumors in a Twitter exchange.

Lambert made the first move and tweeted to Lovato and Jonas, "Aww I love you all very much. No beef tween @ddlovato & @nickjonas and me. Biz negotiations are complex - why do we care about the #rumors?"

Lovato tweeted back "Just goes to show how accurate @TMZ really is... I <3 you @adamlambert," followed by a few emojis.

In further Lovato news, the same day that she and Lambert squashed rumors of a beef (Oct. 25), she performed songs from her new album, Confident, at the Hollywood Bowl. She joined other musical acts to help raise awareness for breast cancer as part of the CBS RADIO WE CAN SURVIVE event.

The singer further graced the red carpet with her presence in a jet black jumpsuit and a glittery silver jacket and open-toed boots. Ironically enough, Lovato performed right before Nick Jonas, who has reportedly replaced Adam Lambert on her world tour to promote Confident and the two were spotted looking friendly while the pre-show interview cameras were rolling.
