Desert Hearts, the San Diego-based underground party crew, is hitting the road for their second annual North American tour, and bringing with them their marathon-style Burning Man-esque event production and mantra of "House, Techno, Love." Officially entitled the City Hearts Winter Is Coming Tour, each of the 13 stops throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico will feature sets from Desert Hearts' own Porkchop, Marbs, Deep Jesus, Lee Reynolds and Mikey Lion. The tour kicks-off December 5th at the Belasco in LA, meanders coast-to-coast throughout the continent for a few months, then concludes at the end of February in Seattle.

As Thump reports, the Desert Hearts crew is also bringing the party to Mexico for the first time this New Year's Eve. The Maya Hearts showcase will take place in the beach town of Tulum. In addition to the usual roster of techno and house DJs like Lee Reynolds and Porkchop, the crew will be ringing in 2016 with Atish, Bedouin, Matthew Dekay, and Sabo.

The Winter Is Coming tour announcement follows shortly after the rave squad's three-year anniversary event earlier this month which boasted 100 hours of nonstop house, techno and (of course) love in their home base in Southern California. Within the first few hours of announcing the tour and creating the first round of Facebook events, each of those events already boasts over 500 confirmed attendees; over 700 people are "interested" in attending each event as well. If that doesn't prove this mostly underground scene is more of a community, maybe the event production crew's mission as stated on their website does: "We are fully committed to creating the most beautiful community-oriented house and techno gatherings, achieving an unforgettable energetic ambiance, while maintaining high musical integrity that focuses on the progression of the underground movement." In accordance with that mission, each event will include visual dance performances (including some fire spinning), live art, and body paint.

Boom! 12 City Hearts dates spanning across North America with a very special Maya Hearts NYE going down in Tulum,...
