Sunday's 2015 American Music Awards will bring "Ironic" singer Alanis Morissette and "Cool for the Summer" artist Demi Lovato together to perform the 1995 Jagged Little Pill anthem track, "You Oughta Know."

The collaboration as first revealed by Twitter Music, displaying a handful of new emojis, including a unique Alanis Morissette icon alongside the hashtag #AlanisAMAs. The duo will take the stage among a star-studded line up of AMA host Jennifer Lopez, One Direction, Selena Gomez, Nick Jonas, Coldplay, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Gwen Stefani, The Weeknd, 5 Seconds of Summer and a unique Star Wars performance by a capella group Pentatonix with the help of an entire symphony orchestra, Billboard notes.

Confident singer Lovato will team up with Morissette on the 1995 hit in part of Jagged Little Pill's 20th Anniversary celebration as well as album reissue. The angsty artist has made her talk show rounds with both Jimmy Fallon and James Corden to promote the album's festivities. Dropping by The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Morissette and "All About That Bass" singer Meghan Trainor performed a clucking rendition of "Ironic" while the 41-year-old "Head Over Feet" singer performed a social media updated mockery of the same track on The Late Late Show with James Corden. The duo replaced the not so ironic lyrics with those that readily apply to trivial struggles in 2015 as Corden sported a Morisette hairstyle and red hat, seen in the songs music video.

"Wildest Dreams" pop sensation Taylor Swift unsurprisingly tops the nomination competition with six nominees including Artist Of The Year. The Weeknd holds down the second most nominees with a total of five for the up and coming "Can't Feel My Face" singer, according to the AMA website. Catch the AMAs as they commence at Los Angeles' Microsoft Theater at 8 p.m. on Nov. 22.
