2 Chainz has shared the music video for the Jeezy remix of his track "BFF" Taken from his Trapavelli Tre mixtape, the pair enjoys the good life and loads of money as they spend quality time in a gold mansion.
Directed by The Stupid Geniuses, the video has all of the trappings you might expect from your typical hip-hop music video. 2 Chainz walks into this opulent mansion where everything is gold-plated or gold-leafed, while beautiful women in one piece or two piece bathing suits surround him even though there is little water in sight.
He sits on a golden throne to rap some lines as the track progresses. The visuals take us throughout the house with 2 Chainz and his crew's long money put to good use as women shower in it or it rains down at random points. Jeezy comes in to do his verse as we also get cameos from Cap 1 and the track producer Zaytoven. There is a nice and obvious product placement for Avión tequila as well. Judging by 2 Chainz' recent moves in the alcohol game, pairing up with Jägermeister to create his own drink, it is odd the beverage wasn't plastered all over this video.
Jeezy is coming off of the release of his brand new album Church In These Streets. The new feature brings together two veterans in Atlanta hip-hop and embodies the sound that has been conquering the United States.
2 Chainz has put out three mixtapes already this year after focusing on his more complete solo albums over the past couple. He has not clarified his future plans, but there is plenty of material for fans to pore over with the recent tapes.
