MercyMe
On Tuesday, April 22, 2014, MercyMe will be making their first appearance on The Today Show to share "Shake" the single from their new album, Welcome to the New.

The Texas band that has sold over 6.5 million units, had three GRAMMY-nominations, and won American Music Awards and multiple Dove Awards has been busy promoting the new project. They've appeared at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, debuted an exclusive live stream and video premiere at Billboard.com and made the cover of CCM Magazine. But that was just the start ... the band made several stops in Chicago including performing on WGN's Morning Show and Moody Broadcasting's Chris Fabry Live. On top of that, MercyMe partnered with K-LOVE for a special "24 Hours with MercyMe" promotional event in Chicago which saw crews from K-LOVE embedded with the band to give fans an inside look as they ate, slept, volunteered, shopped and performed two live concerts on KLOVE.com. Other events have included supporting a local Salvation Army, playing basketball and an acoustic show for staff and area kids, as well as visiting Lurie Children's hospital where they performed for patients and their families.

In other cities, the band met with fans at LifeWay stores, visited JoyFM in St. Louis, The Fish and UPtv in Atlanta and WSM's Coffee, Country and Cody, WZTV FOX 17's Morning Show and The Fish at The Fontanel in Nashville. They also went to Bart's hometown of Dallas to perform after The Texas Rangers' game, making stops to perform on Good Day Dallas, KLTY in Dallas, KSBJ in Houston and Great Day Houston.
