Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby boy is finally here! The couple welcomed their second child, a son, early Saturday morning (Dec. 5). The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star revealed the exciting news through her personal website, app, and social media accounts. Who doesn't love early Christmas presents?

Kardashian shared an intimate photo to her website of the couple holding hands. The photo was accompanied by the following announcement: "Kanye and I welcome our baby boy! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed the arrival of their baby boy this morning. Mother and son are doing well."

West was reportedly by her side every step of the way in the delivery room, while mom, Kris Jenner, and sisters Kourtney and Khloé also provided support in the hospital.

A name has yet to be released, but fans can guarantee it will have nothing to do with cardinal directions. Their two-year-old daughter North will be the first and only of their children to have such a unique name. Although the 35-year-old reality star admitted to loving the name Easton, her 38-year-old producer husband was not feeling it.

Although the couple is currently gushing in excitement over their new bundle of joy, the road to a healthy delivery hasn't been an easy one for the reality star.

From viewers watching tears stream down her face as she ached from uncomfortable body pain to fear of undergoing a hysterectomy after North's little brother was born, bad news continued to plague Kardashian's pregnancy.

Worried she'd have to have a C-section because her son was breech, doctors performed a procedure called ECV in order to manually turn the baby to a healthy head-down position. Unfortunately, Kardashian later caught the flu and dealt with a sinus infection.

"They don't give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful. Probably more painful than childbirth," Kardashian shared. "BUT it worked!!!"

Now that the couple has finally been able to meet their baby boy face-to-face, the troubling times that came before that moment don't seem to matter. The Wests are now a family of four, arriving just in time for the holiday Christmas card!

Congrats to the couple on baby number two!
