With New Year's Eve upon us and countless parties and festivals to attend around the world, one of the most talked about New Year's Eve events has been the Decadence Festival in Denver, due to its outstanding lineup and organizer, Ha Hau of Global Dance and the Triad Dragons. Now, Ha Hau is talking about the festival in a new interview.

Taking place at the Colorado Convention Center, Decadence has been a staple of NYE in Denver, Colorado since its inauguration in 2011, as noted via their official Facebook page. Brought to Denver to by the owner of Global Dance Festival and the Triad Dragon's, Ha Hau, Decadence, over the years, has become one of the top festivals in the world for people to attend, with individuals from across the globe flying into Colorado to attend.

This year, 2015's Festival, features some massive names in the EDM world such as Bassnectar, Jack Ü, Deadmau5, Excision, Hardwell, Odesza, Hot Since 82, Gramatik, Jai Wolf, Illenium, and more, as discussed in a recent Music Times article.

Recently, organizer and mastermind behind the event, Ha Hau, did an interview with HeyReverb, where Hau spoke about the incredible lineup for this year's festival, the music scene in Denver and how he organizes the event.

When asked by Reverb what it was like setting up Decadence this year and how Hau got such a massive lineup, Hau responded with, "We start off by targeting a number of headlining acts based on what we feel Colorado wants - Bassnectar has an enormous fan base here....Galantis is a newer artist that has had some of the biggest songs of the past year, and this will be their first time in Colorado. " He went on to add, "As far as landing these acts, it was a joint effort. Global Dance, AEG Live and Live Nation all pitched in."

Hau was then asked about whether or not Decadence would provide entertainment outside of just the incredible lineup, Hau stated, "The Colorado Convention is the largest indoor venue used for a music festival...We divide the six football field sized space into three arenas." Hau further mentioned, "Go deeper in the park and you'll find the popular Silent Disco Garden. People can check out headphones and tune into a multiple artists performing simultaneously in the garden."

Clearly, Hau has done a magnificent job of bringing one of the world's best festivals for New Year's Eve to Denver, but has also made sure that, aside from the headliners; fans will be able to enjoy themselves with other activities, making Decadence even more special and unique.

If you happen to be in Colorado, Decadence 2015 is one festival you do not want to miss, as the lineup is fantastic, the venue is massive, and the owner, Hau, has made sure that the festival caters to a wide variety of individuals, so that everyone can have a good time and enjoy the festival in several different ways.

Decadence 2015 takes place over two days, starting on Wednesday December 30th, and ringing in the New Year on the 31st. A very limited amount of tickets are still available through the ticket distributer, AXS, which you can look for here.
