This New Year's is bringing three days of performances from Macy Gray.

The Iridium, in New York City, will be holding a New Year's Eve bash, featuring the "I Try" singer. She is not only performing on New Year's Eve as the ball drops, but the next two days as well.

Her upcoming performances are the final ones and will be how she is wrapping up her latest North American tour for her album The Way. Gray also premiered her latest video back in November for her song which holds the same name as her latest album. Her video documented life on the road with her this past year.

Even more recent than her tour and new video is Gray's newest single that she recently released in time for Christmas. Her newest song "All I Want for Christmas" focuses on gun control, free health care, education, global warming, President Barack Obama, Al Gore and Donald Trump. There are just some of the topics that Gray covers in her new single. Gray urged her listeners to ask for bigger, non-material things this for this past Christmas.

"All I want for Christmas is a whole bunch of stuff/ But anything that you can buy me won't be enough/ Because everything I'm hoping for is intangible/ Like free health care and gun control/ If you wanna make the world a better place/ say alright (alright) alright (alright)," she sings.
