Following a successful run in 2015, Nicky Jam is ready to bring his talents to the United States. He recently announced a few dates for The Fenix, his first North American tour.

According to Billboard, the "El Perdón" singer will kick off his tour at the Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City on March 3. He will also take the stage in Miami, Orlando and Chicago. Plan B, Cosculluela and Valentino have been confirmed as special guests.

Beginning next year, Jam will announce more guests as well as new dates and venues.

2015 has been a year of a comeback for Jam. The reggaeton star saw popularity in the 1990s and early 2000s, but later exiled himself to Colombia after struggling with an addiction to drugs and alcohol, coupled with an ill-advised beef with his own mentor, Daddy Yankee.

Earlier this year, he won big at the first-ever Latin American Music Awards. Jam won song of the year and two other trophies for his smash single "El Perdón,” which features Enrique Iglesias. The collaboration dominated the Hot Latin Songs chart for most of 2015 and earned the two a Latin Grammy for Best Urban Performance.

"To be a guy that disappeared from reggaeton for 10 years and come back," Jam said, "it can't be better than that."

During the fall, Jam performed a string of shows with Daddy Yankee. Apparently, the two have reconciled. Hopefully, that means they will collaborate next year.
