As we begin the new year, 2016 is already promising to be a rocking year with a possible Guns N' Roses reunion set for this year's Coachella Music & Arts Festival, followed by an arena tour by the newly-mended original lineup. At 1:41AM this morning, however, Axl Rose tweeted a cryptic message that may or may not confirm said rumors while professing his love of Taco Bell.
The tweet, which was posted to the frontman's Twitter page, mostly professes his love for Taco Bell, which he most likely chowed down on for his late night drunken munchies, but the fact that he teases anything being "confirmed" may suggest that the rumors are true, simply because he hasn't denied them. Or perhaps we are all just too nostalgic for the reunion to let the rumors go that easily.
All of the Guns N' Roses reunion rumors started after the band's current (well, former now) guitarists, Bumblefoot and DJ Ashba, left the band earlier this year. Shortly thereafter, it was reported that Slash and Axl Rose were on "friendly" terms again and were in discussions regarding reuniting the band.
The only thing I know "confirmed" is my LOVE of Taco Bell! Mmmmm.... Taco Bell!! Happy New Years!!
