The internet can be a cruel, hateful place sometimes, but other times it can brighten your day with some outrageous viral video. Over the past few years, people have enjoyed using their time to sift through hours of footage and take tiny clips of President Obama's speeches and weave them into songs. Now some poor soul in the Detroit Pistons marketing team has been tasked to do the same in their campaign to get their center Andre Drummond the necessary votes into the All-Star Game next month. To do this, they decided to clip together pieces of President Obama speeches into the lyrics of Future & Drake's hit single "Jumpman," which they rework into "Drummond, Drummond, Drummuod, Drummond."

Mixed in with President Obama rapping about Drummuond who "is up to something," are clips of the center dominating his opponents with rim-rocking slams, big blocks and hip-checking guys off the court. It is a shame the video is only 42 seconds long, but that is probably all they could subject some poor interns in Detroit to do.

The campaign has a good chance of working since each retweet of the video will count as a vote. As of Dec. 25, Drummond is third in voting in the Eastern Conference frontcourt, behind Lebron James and Paul George and narrowly ahead of Carmelo Anthony. He had 148,278 votes at the time and this video will surely help that total rise.

The game is being held in Toronto on Feb. 14, fitting the Drake theme.
