A twitter beef between Kanye West and one of the members of the old school hip hop group, Naughty By Nature, has caused quite a stir in the hip hop community. Seemingly, it's not West who has the issue but Treach, who has found fault in something West said (isn't that always the case) about one of his former friends who is now deceased -- rapper Tupac Shakur (aka 2Pac).

According to Rolling Out, Treach got wind of something West said about the "Brenda's Got A Baby" rapper that didn't sit too well with him. Reportedly, West said the late rapper was overrated and Treach expressed how unhappy he was with those words by releasing meme after meme on Twitter, standing by his late friend, 2Pac.

The "O.P.P" rapper even referred to West as a "sucker" in one of his memes.

Some of his posts took shots at West's wife, Kim Kardashian.

According to Rolling Out, Treach and Pac, as he was commonly known, were very close friends during the 90s. During a 2010 interview with MTV, Treach spoke about their days working together and going on tour with rappers Queen Latifah and Digital Underground. Treach spoke on how Tupac never saw himself growing old and how used music to reach his community -- especially young black males.

The article made reference to current rappers who have all taken a piece of Shakur's "swag" and made it a part of who they are as performers and musicians. Kanye West was among those names mentioned stating how his desire to be so outspoken is very similar to who Pac was.

West has yet to respond to Treach via Twitter.
