The Beach Boys' Pet Sounds is considered one of the greatest rock albums of all time, and now fans of the classic record will have one last chance to hear it live, performed by Brain Wilson himself. On Monday (Jan. 25), the legendary rock singer announced a 50th anniversary world tour in honor of Pet Sounds.

Wilson will be performing at 70-plus venues across the world, starting on March 26 in Auckland, Australia. After playing Australia, Japan and Europe, Wilson will kick off the North American leg of his Pet Sounds tour on June 14 at a sold-out show in Burlington, Vermont. He will also hit up Phoenix, Nashville, Philadelphia and more for a total of 29 shows in the United States, according to a press release.

"It's really been a trip to sit here and think about releasing Pet Sounds 50 years ago," Wilson said in a statement. "I love performing this album with my band and look forward to playing it for fans all across the world."

Pet Sounds was released in May 1966. The album features some of the Beach Boys' biggest hits, including "Wouldn't It Be Nice," "God Only Knows" and "Sloop John B."
