While performing a recent gig at Adelphia Music Hall in Marietta, Ohio, Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin berrated an unidentified man in the audience while on stage, stating that he was the one who "stole" his house in Hollywood Hills.

"Keep your godd*mn money. F*ck it. This motherf*cker right here stole my motherf*cking house and now he’s standing right f*cking in front of me laughing at me," Scantlin yelled into the microphone. "And he f*cking figures I’m a f*cking joke. This motherf*cker right here. This motherf*cker right here. Get his ass on camera. Right. Get his ass on camera. Get his ass on camera. This is the dog. Right here. This is the motherf*cker right here. This guy stole my f*cking house."

While it hasn't yet been confirmed as to whether the homeowner was in attendance at the show, Scantlin's latest rant comes after his recent arrest for breaking into that same former home of his and vandalizing its interior.

The arrest in Hollywood Hills certainly wasn't the artist's first, and actually, not even his first in recent history. He had been arrested less than two weeks prior (at the end of December 2015) for drug possession while pulled over during a routine traffic stop.

Last year, Scantlin was arrested for riding a baggage carousel at the Denver airport, while the band was stationed in the city for a scheduled performance. A fan of the band ended up bailing him out of that one.

Puddle of Mudd's breakthrough single "She Hates Me," which appears on their 2001 sophomore studio album, Come Clean, launched them into stardom. Their latest sixth studio album, 2011's re:(disc)overed, consists almost entirely of cover songs.
