One of the more highly anticipated solo performances of the 2016 Grammys, Adele, came after a short tribute by Miguel for a Michael Jackson collaborator and another award for Alabama Shakes who have been cleaning up thus far. She came out to sing "All I Ask" from her record-breaking album 25, after being introduced by her collaborator on the song Bruno Mars.

Bath in yellow lights from one solo spotlight behind her, Adele delivered one of the most powerful performances of the night, letting her raw talent and voice carry the song. Standing on the middle platform, she sang in a shimmering, flowing red dress, she delivered a heart-wrenching and passionate performance of "All I Ask." The performance was simple and evocative, joined only by a piano, as she only needed her voice without the frills and production that others bring to the table.

There was a slight hiccup with the audio to start, but after the performance was about as flawless as you will get from a live TV show. After she was done, the audio was fading, but it sounded like she said, "I love you Kendrick... you're amazing."

Joins an all-star cast of other performers that include Adele, Justin Bieber with Skrillex and Diplo, The Eagles, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Miguel, Little Big Town, Kendrick Lamar, James Bay & Tori Kelly, Alabama Shakes and many more.
