Just last month, famed Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page offered up some fightin' words for the band's frontman Robert Plant in an interview with the New York Times, saying he was "fed up" with the singer being the sole reason a Led Zeppelin reunion is constantly being held back. Well, it looks like Plant read the piece and had a comment of his own for Page, saying the guitarist needs to "have a good rest," as reported by The National

Page told the Times that he's been craving to get back on the stage, but he knew it probably wouldn't be with the band that made him (and all of them) a legend. "Everyone would love to play more concerts for the band. He's just playing games, and I'm fed up with it, to be honest with you."

"I think he needs to go to sleep and have a good rest, and think again," Plant told The National. "We have a great history together and like all brothers, we have these moments where we don't speak on the same page but that's life."

Plant then went on to discuss the musical direction his life is taking these days outside of Led Zeppelin, saying, "The new music I am making is a mélange of my travels through the more beautiful places and with the most beautiful people of the music world. When you put all of this together you get a very happy and very stimulating combination."

That's great, but is the new music anything like "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You"? Doubtful...

Though fans were given a tiny taste of a Led Zeppelin reunion back in 2007, it doesn't seem likely to ever happen again. Sorry, folks.
