For the second time this week, Justin Bieber has issued an apology for some of his past racist behavior. After video leaked yesterday (June 4) of a 14-year-old Bieber singing the n-word repeatedly all with a giant grin on his face, the "Confident" singer has expressed his regrets.

"Facing my mistakes from years ago has been one of the hardest things I've ever dealt with. But I feel now that I need to take responsibility for those mistakes and not let them linger. I just hope the next 14-year-old kid who doesn't understand the power of these words does not make the same mistakes I made years ago," Bieber said in a statement to US Weekly. "At the end of the day, I just need to step up and own what I did."

The video Bieber is responding to this time features a very young, rising pop star gleefully singing about killing African-Americans, joining the KKK and using the n-word multiple times, all to the tune of his single "One Less Lonely Girl."

Bieber isn’t the only one in his camp speaking out about the leaked footage (and last week’s offensive n-word dropping clip). His manager Scooter Braun has also responded to the racist incidents of yesterday.

“Some mistakes have no excuses. They are just wrong. But how a man reacts to those mistakes… How he owns it and learns from it… That defines him more than the mistake itself,” he wrote on his Instagram.

The “One Less Lonely Girl” racist parody isn’t the first time Bieber has been in hot water this week over offensive language. An undated video of a roughly 16-year-old Bieber telling racist jokes also surfaced last week, for which he also apologized.
