Miley Cyrus, who is rumored to be engaged to Liam Hemsworth, is facing a controversy after she posted an old, racy photo of Fuller House star, Jodie Sweetin, on her Instagram.

The followers of Cyrus were not happy about the image she posted showing Sweetin straddling an unknown man. Fans believe that the post by the "Wrecking Ball" singer was made to mock a dark time in the life of Sweetin which could humilate the her. The photo was posted by Cyrus on March 5 with the caption, “Current mood #fullerhouse,” Huffington Post reported.

"You know this would get headlines and she's a mother. Just want to humiliate someone," one Instagram user wrote. Another one said that the star has "reached a new low."

Instagram user maryandmissie commented on the photo saying, “If she was so wonderful she wouldn’t be mocking a very dark time in another person’s life. Everyone deserves a second chance. She also glorifies drug use. She is very immature and clearly has never received proper guidance.”

“Doesn’t matter if it’s old. People are mad because Jodie can interpret this as disrespect, especially since she’s rising again as a star and clean,” another user said.

Sweetin, who played Stephanie Tanner in the original Full House show in 1995, battled with drug addiction which was documented in her book, unSweetined, NY Daily News reported. According to the star, she started using drugs on her early twenties and she said it was better to hide drug use than drinking.

But Sweetin was able to overcome it all and has now come clean. The actress is back in the spotlight as a part of the Netflix reboot, Fuller House, and also of the forthcoming Dancing With The Stars Season 22. Aside from that, she will also play a role with the upcoming thriller series, Stranger Ones.
