Miami natives GTA (not the popular video game series) have been releasing together for the better part of a decade. Comprised of Van Toth and JWLS, the pair have tour the world with the likes of Rihanna and played some of the biggest festivals globally. However in downtime, even guys like this can get bored. This is what happened to JWLS, who has been making some beats on his own for the past four years that range from hip-hop tracks to grittier electro-trap crossover songs. This has been compiled in a free album titled JWLS Is Bored.

The 10-track LP is very short coming in at just over 27 minutes. Surprisingly for a project that seemed to have been an afterthought for JWLS does have a feature from Rich The Kid. He flips Kendrick Lamar's "Alright" into something more trap DJs could play live, with a stronger emphasis on the saxophone.

To go along with the new album, there is a video filming JWLS being bored. It isn't a great watch since all you see him making beats, eating food on his couch, smoking weed, watching TV, playing video games and playing with his dogs.

During the album, you will hear shoutouts from a range of people like some of his friends who want him to go grab some food or go to the gym. There are also some fellow artists like RL Grime who want him to release JWLS Is Bored so he can release "Lobster", which RL admits to have been playing in his sets for the past six years.
